A proud Texas Longhorn and the first attorney in her family, Ana is a graduate of Edinburg High School, The University of Texas at Austin, and South Texas College of Law Houston. Ana’s primary area of practice is family law, where she represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support, adoptions, modifications, enforcement actions, and Child Protective Services (CPS) cases. Her extensive legal experience provides clients with a unique perspective. Throughout her career, Ana has served as an attorney for the Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Child Support Division, Regional Attorney for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS), Juvenile Prosecutor, and Chief of the Child Protective Services Division at the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office. This diverse public service background gives her valuable insight into how government agencies and courts approach family and juvenile matters, allowing her to advocate effectively and strategically for her clients.

Ana began her legal career practicing criminal defense in Harris and Montgomery Counties, Texas, representing individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges. In April 2025, she returned to criminal defense, reaffirming her commitment to defending the constitutional rights of those accused of crimes. She is passionate about protecting the constitutional rights of everyday Texans and ensuring that every person—regardless of background or circumstance—receives a vigorous defense and equal justice under the law.
